Throughout my life and career, I've been drawn to work that helps people feel supported, connected, and cared for. That path has taken me through classrooms, community spaces, and boardrooms, and now into the treatment room as a licensed massage therapist.

I believe bodywork offers something important in our modern world. When we're constantly moving from one responsibility to the next, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves. Massage offers a chance to slow down and settle back into the body.

My goal is to provide a space where you can receive care and allow your body a chance to rest, restore, and remember its natural capacity for balance. I see massage not only as a tool for relieving tension and discomfort, but also as a way to foster a deeper sense of connection to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

Outside of work, I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in counseling and art therapy. I teach youth art classes when I can and spend a lot of time making my own work, especially ceramics and collage.​​
